Bank Of Baroda has launched UPI ATM facility over their 6000 ATM across the country. By doing this , Bank Of Baroda became the first Public Sector Bank to launch Bank Of Baroda UPI ATM facility across the country

Bank Of Baroda successfully launched Bank OF Baroda UPI ATM on 8th September 2023 in collaboration with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and powered by NCR Corporation.

Bank OF Baroda UPI ATM : Cardless Withdrawal

Using the Bank OF Baroda UPI ATM facility, now customer of Bank Of Baroda (BOB) and of other bank can withdraw cash without using debit card from ATM. For withdrawal customer just needed UPI enabled Mobile app to complete the transaction in ATM. Interoperable Cardless Cash Withdrawal (ICCW) will facilitate this transaction, enabling seamless cardless cash withdrawals through ATMs via QR code-based transactions. Henceforth, carrying a physical card for cash withdrawals is not required for any Customers.

Bank OF Baroda UPI ATM : Process to be followed

The following process needed to be followed by customers to withdraw cash from a Bank of Baroda UPI ATM:

  • Select the “UPI Cardless Cash” option on the ATM screen.
  • Choose the cash withdrawal amount.
  • Scan the QR Code displayed on the ATM screen using an UPI app.
  • Select the bank account to be debited, if multiple bank accounts are linked to a single UPI ID.
  • Confirm the transaction using the UPI PIN and collect the cash.

  • Cardless Transaction :- Carrying Physical Card to ATM is not required.
  • Multiple Accounts Access : Customers can withdraw cash from multiple accounts which were linked to UPI.
  • Faster Transaction: UPI ATM transactions will enable to complete the transaction at faster pace and in a convenient way.
  • Security: It will increase the security for doing any transaction in ATM as each transaction generates a unique dynamic QR code.
